BlendZ events are the drive to get enough capital for the company to grow and continue working on a regular basis. In order for these BlendZ events to occur--no matter how big or small--they take a lot of planning and time. Although it may get stressful and hectic, where would the fun be if we could just snap our fingers and magically have everything planned.
Our biggest sale to date has just come to an E N D.
For about a month, my days have revolved around working--this is not a typical thing for me to do, I normally have a balance between school and social, but these past few weeks have been work heavy; the best part of it all: I didn't even mind working all the time because it was intriguing and fun. Yes, I would sometimes get physically tired, but who doesn't, thats when the naps would kick in and the work could continue. There was so much that had to be done, it became a priority of mine to pull this off. I can
safely say that I put so much time and dedication into organizing the sale at the Holiday Bazaar that I set aside other priorities; I made sure BlendZ came first because I felt that it was such a big opportunity for us, that it should be planned well in order for it to succeed. Im proud to say that we all pulled it together and had an inordinately lucrative sale. We sold a little less than 400 smoothies in just one day's sales... impressive right? Who would have though that our business was in such high demand from our customers, we have very high potentials for the future and we plan on reaching none than the less to impress our audiences. (Some pictures of the BlendZ Holiday Bazaar sale will be at the bottom of the blog). Getting back to my point: the sale that took so long to plan and so much time, was a success and had few flaws of the which were somewhat inevitable due to lack of money, but, why after such a successful sell did I |
So, my goal now, is: | PRIORITISING my time wisely. |
It's not so much about the due dates, but on the daily hours I have to work outside of school. It's crunch time--literally--every minute counts, I have a week and a half to get it all done, and now I know how to succeed on that as much as BlendZ succeeded in the Holiday Bazaar.
