The world is full of diversity.
As it was said in the book, Mindset, people differ as much genetically as they do through the experiences they have. We all develop different mindsets as we grow, and it's said that your either to have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset.
"... a belief that your qualities are carved in stone leads to a host of thought and action, and how a balief that your qualities can be cultivated lead to a host of different thoughts and actions ..."
-carol dweck, mindset
Both opposite mindsets ; as I was reading, I found myself connecting everything that read to life, whether it was connecting failure to the documentary or to the beginning project of the Innovation Academy, even to what "type" of a person I was. I had never really looked much into it, now that I knew that mindsets were and what the difference between a fixed and growth mindset was, I was determined to see what type of mindset I had. In the beginning of the book it talked a lot about how you can change.
