What happens when things get monotonous? They flatline. They become ordinary and lose excitement; we forget that it's ok to change, switch it up, juggle tasks to keep things fresh and new. Although we haven't become monotonous with our work, we have become emotionally attached; most of us feel BlendZ is a part of us, part of the IA as well as our "baby."
But all time comes to an end, and as we are passing our beloved company over to the Junior class of the IA, we must wrap it up, tying all loose endZ of BlendZ together. This is when the change happens. As we have proposed to the Juniors, only 6 people are needed to run BlendZ successfully, but so far, we've been working on it with 14 of us onboard--not exactly the same as saying it can be done by 6. So, we put it to the test, changing our ways to meet the accommodations for next year only seemed to be the most fair, so 6 people it was.
Only 6 people remain working on BlendZ in just 6 sections: CEO (Pedro, Analytics & Finance (Gonzalo), Habla Roosevelt (Karen), Operations & Innovation (Gisella), Media (Barbara) and Human Resources (Me).
And as we change things up, we face new challenges ahead and obstacles to face. The challenge for us now is to get it done, no slacking off at any moment. We JUST have a few classes left until we give over BlendZ, and as we all agree on, we want it to be as polishes as possible. But what is there left to do?

Each section has their own list of tasks to get done, but speaking from the Human Resources at BlendZ, here are my tasks to be crossed off before the end of the semester:
Complete the "Systems Book" for HR
Make a list of what each person should be doing at the stand (roles for both BlendZers and Volunteers)
Hire a staff member for set-up and clean-up (extra helper during sales): family member or custodian.
Publish the schedules, and continuously find volunteers for BlendZ sales
Establish a feedback system

Although there is so much to be done by the end of the year, if we take it day by day with plans and goals to reach, we will tie that knot on the "baby basket", and hand over our "baby" to the Juniors, knowing they will take BlendZ to another level and do great things with it.
